"What kind of danger?" she asked, a concerned look on her face. "You must tell me!"

Bran shook his head. "I really can't say...But certainly nothing...physical..." he said. "I'd start walking straight, you'll be hit by a car or something..." he said.

(I'll be back. I need to make lunch for my brothers and I) "Fine," she said, turning around to walk straight and beside Bran. She didn't say anything else, but continued to follow Bran.

Bran sighed, then laughed a little. "I guess it wouldn't hurt for you to come....I doubt anything really matters anymore....One more to help out might be a good idea." he said, smiling. "But then, I'll bet you won't believe a word of it."

With a slight chuckle, she replied, "You'd be surprised." Anna wasn't normally one to decide what was true and what wasn't and often believed a lot of the ledgends and such that she'd heard growing up. Besides, she was often the one that people didn't believe.

Bran laughed a little more and nodded. Soon enough, they'd come to a small house. Bran knocked, but didn't wait to enter. He held the door only long enough for Anna to enter after him. "Will?" he called. No answer. He walked into another room to find a boy with short brown hair, probably just as old as himself, of maybe Anna, just sort of staring off into space. Bran sighed and snapped his fingers in front of the other's face. "Stanton! Snap out of it!" he said. Will blinked and shook his head. "Eh?--Oh hello Bra--Who's that, now?" he asked, turning around and looking curiously at Anna.

Anna waved at the boy and introduced herself. "Hello. I'm Anna."

Will nodded and waved back before standing up and walking over to Bran. "What's this? We can't bring her into this!" he whispered harshly. Bran shrugged. "Er-Sorry...I sort of had to..." Will just sighed, and shook his head. "This can't be good..." he said aloud.

Anna tilted her head slightly to the side and looked at Will. "What can't be good?" she asked.

Will shook his head and smiled. "Nothing at all, kid." he said, then turned back to Bran. Bran glanced at Anna and shruged before paying attention. "So what've we got so far?" Will asked as they walked into a room to sit at a table. Bran gave a smal motion for Anna to follow. The two sat down. "Well, we know that it's only been..."active" for about a month now. We still don't know why here, but it soon have physical body...If what I think happened to this girl's friend is right..." Bran said. Will gave a bit of a distressed look. "Damn! That fast? It took nearly a year last time!" Bran sighed. "I know... And those damned foxes are here too. Though they've been blending in well enough. Not a single person has noticed them." Will nodded a bit. "Hnf...I know...I've seen five of them already...and a black mink, too..."

Anna had followed and sat down with the others. After hearing what they were talking about, she was very confused and kept quiet. ~Akilah, I'm confused.~

Bran turned to Anna to try and give some explination before continuing. "Well, see this whole thing has happened before. The last time it took almost a year for the Dark to find itself a physical body--a host, if you will." Will flinched at the last part, and muttered something. "Caradog Pritchard..." Bran glanced at him and nodded. "Anyway, there've been two animals the Dark has listed against us already now...One is the Milgwyn--They're foxes, but somehow they can change their shape, sound, color...even go unnoticed by man's eyes. Then there were the black minks. They're relatively harmless, but are nasty little spies... Err--Let's just say, don't trust anything. If you speak with anybody, make sure you can trust them...and tell nobody anything if there's even so much as a crow, or cat nearby...." he said.

Anna nodded. "Alright, then," she said, still more or less confused as to what "the Dark" was, though it sort of reminded her of the Yami's, only worse.

Will sighed. "So...do we have anything else yet?" Bran thought for a moment. "Well....there's been some talk of people suddenly acting different around town. I haven't asked around too much, but I've heard a lot about stuff like that. About three out of every five people I've seen were talking about how somebody, or a friend has suddenly started acting weird. Most say they either get really depressed, or angry." Will blinked. "Hey, that's right! I remember hearing at least three different people talking about a friend suddenly changing...They said that the people had ended up killing themselves..." he said. Bran turned back to Anna. "Tell me: Was your friend...depressed, before he disappeared...?"

Looking down sadly, Anna replied, "I-I can't remember. I think he was a little depressed. But he can't have killed himself! And Kiba, he's been acting strange too!" The thought of Ryou and Kiba killing themselves greatly distressed her. They were all she had left.
